These regulations define the rules of using www.iloggo.pl service
Definitions:
Operator ? the iloggo.pl web service that enables to create a personalised starting page.
User - a person who uses the iloggo.pl service and has an active account in it.
Account - a place in the service available after logging ,where the registered user can create grids consisting of logotypes of web pages.
Entry - an active reference to a web page represented by the icon, characterised by its title, description and category.
1. The owner of the iloggo.pl service is iloggo Ltd. with registered seat in Warsaw, 21 Grochowska Street, entered into the National Court Register under number of 0000210814 (hereinafter called the Operator)
2. You can use the iloggo service free of charge.
3. You register in the service via the Internet. In the process of registration the User gives his or her ID, e-mail address, access password for the account and sex.
4. The account is activated after the User receives an e-mail which will be sent to the address given during the registration and follows the instructions contained in the e-mail.
5. The e-mail address given during the registration will be only used to inform users about any substantial changes in the service or about adding any new functionalities.
6. If you start using the service, it means you accept the provisions included in these regulations.
7. By registering in the service the User gives consent to have his or her personal data processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Act on Personal Data Protection.
8. On the User?s request the Operator can delete the account with no possibility of its restoration. The applications will be considered within the term of 14 days.
9. Any accounts that have not been activated for the period longer than 90 days will be deleted.
10. The Operator bears no responsibility for the contents placed in the service by its users.
11. The Operator reserves the right to delete from the public directory any entries that::
- contain vulgarisms
- are offensive or commonly thought to be inappropriate
- infringe any third parties? rights
- title, description or/and icon differ much from the subject of the page they link to.
12. The Operator has the right to delete any entry from the public directory without giving the reason.
13. The Operator has the right to edit entries from the public directory and make any changes to them, i.e. change icons, correct errors in the title and description without changing the meaning given by the User.
14. The passwords are stored in the coded form. In case of losing the password, the User can receive a new access password for the account by giving his or her login and choosing the ?Forgot the password? option. The password, generated automatically, will be sent to the e-mail address given during the registration.
15. iloggo uses cookies, i.e. small files with information saved on the user?s hard disc. If you disable the cookies service in your browser or delete the cookies, this can cause some difficulties in using the service, which the Operator bears no responsibility for.
16. The Operator reserves the right to make changes in the regulations at any time, without a necessity of informing users about them. These changes come in force on the day when they are made.
17. In case of infringement of any regulation by the User, the Operator has the right to stop this User?s account till the explanation is provided, or to delete this User?s account without giving the reason and not informing the User about this fact.
